Our Assessment: The Winchester Model ’94 is one of the mainstays of the rifle world, and the lever action rifle is an iconic design. The .30-30 cartridge is a time honored deer and small game round, capable out to hundreds of yards, it has probably taken more deer than any American cartridge! This one is special, wrapped in the gold tone of a Winchester commemorative; it retains all the elements of its classic design, but dresses it up, especially if you’re a Texan! Nice rifle, and likely to be a bargain for a lucky bidder! Please see our photos and good luck!
