Sights / Optics: The front sight is a Trijicon white dot with tritium lamp dovetailed to the front of the slide. The rear sight is an all black U notch Wilson Combat battle sight dovetailed to the slide with line serrations on the back. The tritium lamp glows in low light conditions.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are Wilson Combat G10 ultra-thin grips featuring their directional checkering. The grips have little to no signs of wear and the checkering is sharp and very defined. The grips rate in about excellent overall condition. There are no chips or cracks. This pistol has an extended left side magazine release, ambidextrous de-cocking levers, a skeletonized hammer, accessory rail, rounded trigger guard and Wilson Combat optimized parts.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: This pistol includes three x Beretta 15 round magazines. The magazines show some scattered oxidation and surface rust. The magazines are in about Fair+-Good condition. There is nothing wrong with the magazines in terms of function just cosmetically.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. The recessed crown has almost no carbon build up. The feed ramp is smooth and shiny. The grooves show fouling and minor lines from use. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 98% of its metal finish. The finish shows scattered surface rust freckles, primarily in the slide serrations, the front and rear sights and the hammer. The magazine well shows rub wear from use. The slide to frame fit is Excellent and very smooth when cycling. The trigger is excellent for a Beretta. The grip screws show rust as well. The screw heads are sharp, the pins un-marred, and the markings are clear. Overall this pistol is in Good-Very Good condition. Again not due to any issues with functionality just cosmetically from rust.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The slide mounted de-cocker functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements. This is an Action tuned pistol.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol includes a blue Beretta case with foam that shows rust, and the 3 x 15 round magazines.
