Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “DANIEL / DEFENSE BLACK CREEK, GA / U.S.A. / MODEL DDM4 / CAL. MULTI / DDM4087201”. Marked “SAFE” and “SEMI” next to the safety selector. Left side of the upper receiver is marked “5.56” inside a bullet outline with “DDM4V11SLW” to the rear of the upper left side of the receiver. The right side of the bolt carrier group is marked “DD” and the right side of the receiver is marked “SEMI” and “SAFE”. The dust cover is marked “DD”. The right side of the handguard is marked, “DANIEL DEFENSE, INC. BLACK CREEK, GA. USA US PAT. NO. 7.7 16.865 SLIM RAIL ™ 12.0”. Right side of the barrel is marked “DD F MP 5.56 NATO 1/7”. The buttstock is marked “SURVIVOR SYSTEMS”, and “OPTION ZERO”. The mounted optic is marked “LEUPOLD MARK AR 1.5-4×20”.
Barrel Length: 14.5”, 16.5” with the pinned and welded battle comp style muzzle device.
Sights / Optics: There are no provisions for iron sights. The rifle has an 18” picatinny rail for the mounting of optics. Currently mounted to the rifle via a Leupold cantilever mount is a Leupold Mark AR Firedot LPVO. The scope is a 1.5-4 x 20 with a second focal plane illuminated green firedot reticle and exposed .1 mil turrets. The reticle lights up, the turrets adjust with a positive click, the sight picture is clear and the light transmission is good. Overall the scope is in Excellent condition.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture set includes a 12.5” Key mod slim rail forend, and the above mentioned stock with an integrated fin grip, adjustable length of pull via spacers, magazine storage, 2 QD cups, ambi cheek shelf, and sling attachment rail. The lower has an ambi safety, and Daniel Defense mil spec trigger. The LOP is 14” from the front of the trigger to the back of the rubber butt pad. The rifle is also mounted with a 8” Harris style bi-pod. The furniture set shows only minor handling and storage wear with no notable marks. Overall the furniture on this rifle is in Excellent condition.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: This rifle includes 2 x 10 round Lancer magazines one in Excellent condition and one in Very Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. The feed ramps are smooth, shiny and clean. The muzzle device is clean and the case deflector shows only mild wear. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its finish. There are a few minor marks in the finish but none are notable. The screw heads are sharp and the pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle includes the two magazines, attached optic, bi pod, and a gray padded case.
Our Assessment: The Daniel Defense DDM4 V11 SLW is a lightweight and versatile AR-15 platform carbine known for its streamlined build and durability.
