Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The lockup produces light side-to-side movement with the trigger depressed. The double-action is smooth and the single action is crisp. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This revolver comes with a not matching factory box.
Our Assessment: As the name implies, the Distinguished Combat Magnum Stainless is a remarkable piece of machinery that is tough enough for any application. This revolver rates in Excellent condition, the bore is bright with sharp rifling and the action has minimal play in full lockup. This 4? revolver may not be the best choice for concealed carry, but would make a fine target revolver, hunting sidearm or even home defense revolver. With that being said, it will make a great addition to a S&W collection. Please see our photos and good luck! – L.S.
