Markings:The left side of the barrel is marked, “SMITH & WESSON”.  The right side of the barrel is marked, “ .44 MAGNUM”.  The right side of the frame is marked, “MADE IN USA MARCAS REGISTRADAS SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD, MASS.”.  The plate has the Smith & Wesson logo.  The grips are molded the Smith & Wesson Logo.

 Barrel Length: 8.25”

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a serrated ramp with red insert. The rear sight is an adjustable Square notch sight with a white outline around the notch.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are wood with checkering and a medallion in each grip..  The grips are in Very Good condition.

Magazine Quantity & Condition: 6 round fluted cylinder

Type of Finish: Stainless Steel

Finish Originality: Original

Bore Condition: The bore is semi-bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore.

Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its stainless steel finish. The drag line is crisp on the cylinder.  There are some light hard to notice scratches on the frame.   The screw heads are sharp. The markings are mostly clear with some wear on the logo. Overall, this handgun rates in about Very Good condition with minimal operation wear.  Please see our photos for a better understanding of this handgun’s condition.

Mechanics: The action functions as intended. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
