Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “.45 ACP” and the right side is marked “SMITH & WESSON”. The left side plate has S&W’s monogram logo, the right side of the frame is marked “MADE IN U.S.A. MARCAS REGISTRADAS SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD, MASS.” and “JM” with a lightning bolt. The inside of the crane cut is marked, “DJR4697 625-8”. The crane is marked “730”. The left and right side of the grips are marked with the “JM” Lightning Bolt Logo.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a black blade with a brass bead pinned to the front of the barrel. The rear sight is a rectangular fully adjustable notch sight screwed to the top of the frame.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are smooth wood Jerry Miculek designed grips. The grips have no chips or cracks and only one small depression near the bottom of the grip. Overall the grips are in excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp, there is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. The cylinder has a thin drag line and there is some operational wear on the hammer and the trigger. The screw heads are sharp with strong slots. The markings are clear. Overall, this handgun rates in about Excellent to Like New condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly with very light side-to-side play in lockup. This pistol has excellent lock up and crisp smooth trigger pull and almost no over travel. This pistol requires the use of moon clips in order to function correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This revolver includes its original factory case, owner’s manual, warranty card, NRA pamphlet, and cable lock. It does not include moon clips.
