Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “.44 MAGNUM.” The right side of the barrel is marked “SMITH & WESSON.” The right side of the frame bears the “Marcas Registradas” marking. The side plate features a unique variation of the classic S&W monogram, with “Smith & Wesson” in the top banner, “44 Magnum” in the bottom banner, and “S&W” in the center. The model and serial number are marked inside the crane cut.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a red ramp blade pinned to a raised serrated ramp. The rear sight is a square-notch, micrometer click, fully adjustable sight.
Grip Configuration & Condition: The grips are factory Goncalo Alves target stocks with checkering and S&W medallions. They are in Excellent condition with no notable wear.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright, and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion or fouling present. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This revolver retains 100% of its metal finish. The nickel plating shines brilliantly, and the factory engraving features intricate scrollwork throughout, making this a visually striking collector’s piece. The target-width hammer and trigger retain all of their bold case-coloring. The markings are crisp, and the screw heads are sharp. Overall, this revolver rates in Like New condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this revolver. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This revolver comes with its original blue Smith & Wesson hard case, factory brochures, and all original factory accessories. The case is in Excellent condition.
