Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “Schultz & Larsen / Denmark” and “Allan Riemer.” The left side of the barrel is marked “.458 WIN MAG.” The serial number, “50535,” is marked on the right side of the receiver.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a raised, ramped blade. The rear sight is a multi-leaf express sight with multiple flip-up sight leaves for different elevation settings. The receiver has scope mounting bases installed.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a one-piece checkered walnut with a capped palm swell semi-pistol grip, fluted raised comb, a cheekpiece, and a vented rubber recoil pad. The capped forend has detailed checkering for grip enhancement. The stock shows minor handling marks and light finish wear but remains in very good condition. The LOP measures approximately 14 1/4” from the front of the trigger to the back of the recoil pad.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright, the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 95% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows mild handling wear, light edge wear on high-contact points, and minor marks from use. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear and well-defined. Overall, this rifle rates in about Very Good condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
