Overall, the stocks are in Very Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 10 out of 10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 94% of its metal finish. The finish is thinning at some edges. Most of the balance is scattered small spots of minor oxidation, mostly on the receiver flats, left of the barrel, and forward portion of the magazine tube. There are a few light nicks and scratches. The action shows operational wear. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in Very Good-Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with a nylon and paracord sling mounted with QD swivels.
Our Assessment: The Timber Wolf is a pump-action carbine produced by Israeli Military Industries from 1989 to 1993. Most were chambered for .38 Special/.357 Magnum with fewer like this one, chambered for .44 Magnum. The rifles were imported by Uzi America, Action Arms, and Springfield Armory. The rifles are handy and quick to operate, making for great little brush guns, so it’s hard to understand why they were produced for such a short period. They are now somewhat collectible, especially the .44 Magnum. This example has minor wear, retaining a great bore and strong mechanics. Whether you’re looking for a trim .44 carbine or looking to add one of these scarce rifles to your collection, take a look at our photos and good luck!
