Sights / Optics: The top of this rifle is an uninterrupted full length picatinny rail. The rail is mounted with a Nikon Monarch 4-16×50 BDC Riflescope. There is also a Predator Tactical Canted Sight mount that is fitted with a Burris FastFire II Red Dot Sight. The top of the gas block has a flip up low profile YHM adjustable post front sight. The sight picture is clear and the reticle is crisp. The lenses do need a cleaning.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The buttstock is a collapsible Magpul CTR stock with ambi QD mounts, sling slots, and rubber buttpad. The pistol grip is a hand fitted ergonomic, textured polymer grip. The handrail is a Samson Evolution Series 12” Hand Guard. The charging handle is extended. The bottom of the handrail has a YHM Bipod mount and adjustable Bipod attached. The trigger is custom and is very crisp with a short reset. The LOP measures 14.35 from the front of the trigger to the rear of the extended buttpad. The Stock rates in overall Very Good condition. There are no chips or cracks. There is very little handling wear.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. There is some patina in the muzzle device.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows superficial wear. There is some finish loss on the inner edge of the case deflector, on the rail from scope mounts, and on the protective ears around the red dot sight. There are some very light scratches on the handrail and on the barrel. The screw heads are sharp and pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in Very Good condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
