Sights / Optics: The front sight is an adjustable post with protective wings. The rear sight is a square notched leaf sliding sight marked out 1-10 with “n” for battle position. The left side of the receiver has a side mounting rail.
Stock Configuration & Condition: This rifle has a four piece synthetic with straight comb, vented forend, checkered semi pistol grip, and grooved metal buttplate with trapdoor for a cleaning kit (Missing). There is light handling wear. There are light scratches throughout. There are no chips or cracks. Overall this stock set rates in about Excellent condition.

Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows light handling and operational wear. There are light scratches throughout. There is operational wear from the safety switch. There are spots of light thinning. The screw heads are sharp and rivets are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Very Good Plus condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Our Assessment: The Russian-made IzhevskSaiga chambered in 5.45×39mm represents one of the most desirable AK-pattern rifles imported into the United States. Manufactured at the same factory responsible for military Kalashnikov production, the Saiga series combined authentic Russian construction with civilian-legal configurations. Since Russian firearm imports ceased, original Izhevsk Saigas have become increasingly sought after by collectors, particularly examples chambered in the traditional AK-74 cartridge and configured with military-style features.
This 2009-produced example presents in Very Good Plus overall condition and retains matching serialized components throughout. The synthetic furniture remains in excellent condition with only minor handling marks and no structural issues. The bore is bright with sharp rifling and no visible erosion, earning an excellent 9/10 rating. The rifle retains approximately 98% of its original finish with only light handling wear, minor thinning, and typical safety-selector wear visible. Included is a desirable Bulgarian Circle 10 30-round magazine and a canvas sling.
