Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “720-23432”, “RUGER 77/22”.  The left side of the barrel is marked “.22 HORNET”.  The top of the barrel is marked “BEFORE USING GUN–READ WARNINGS IN INSTRUCTION MANUAL AVAILABLE FREE FROM / –STURM, RUGER & CO., INC, SOUTHPORT, CONN, U.S.A. –”.

Sights / Optics: There are no provisions for Iron Sights. The top of the receiver has been cut for the mounted rings holding a Burris 4x Mini Scope with a Duplex crosshair reticle. The sight picture is very clear, the scope shows nicks and lines in the finish. Overall the scope is in Very Good condition.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a one piece hardwood stock with a checkered forend, checkered capped semi-pistol grip, fluted straight comb, 2 sling studs, and rubber buttpad. The LOP is 13.5” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The checkering is sharp, the rubber is semi soft and there are no chips or cracks. There are some lines and compressions scattered throughout the smooth portions of the stock. Overall the stock is in Excellent condition.

Magazine Quantity & Condition: This rifle includes one Ruger Rotary Magazine in Excellent Condition.

Finish Originality: Original

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.

Overall Condition: The rifle retains 99% of its metal finish. The receiver has turned a plum hue. There is little to no wear. The bolt knob has also turned plum. The markings are clear and the screw heads are sharp. Overall, this rifle is in Excellent condition.

Mechanics: The action functions as intended. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with its factory box, its attached scope as mentioned above, and a total of one magazine.
