Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “197-34236” near the front and then marked “BEFORE USING GUN — READ WARNING IN INSTRUCTION MANUAL AVAILABLE FREE FROM STURM, RUGER, & CO., INC. SOUTHPORT, CONN, U.S.A.” on the rear left side with the Ruger phoenix as well. Top of the receiver is marked “RUGER RANCH RIFLE CAL. .223”. The top of the receiver has a PR Proof near the front. The top of the picatinny rail is marked “RANCHP”. The buttpad is marked “Decelerator”. The left side of the rear sight is marked “WILLIAMS”.
Barrel Length: 18.5”. 20” with muzzle brake
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a white dotted blade fixed to the top of the muzzle device. The rear sight is a Williams adjustable aperture sight. The receiver is mounted with a picatinny rail for all your favorite sights and optics. This rifle comes with its original Ruger Scope Rings as well.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a Hogue Rubber Overmolded Stock with cobblestone texture, stud stud in the bottom of the buttstock and nosecap, and rubber Decelerator Buttpad. There is an adjustable Bipod mounted on the gas tube. The LOP measures 13” from the front of the trigger to the back of the extended buttplate. The stock rates in about Very Good overall condition. There are no chips or cracks. There is some light handling wear on the stock in the form of faint drag lines. The texturing is well defined throughout.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: This rifle comes with two 5 round Factory Ruger magazines, and three 10 round after market magazines. Four are blued and the other is stainless. They rate in Very Good-Excellent condition. (Total of 5 magazines).

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows minor operational wear on the bolt carrier. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition. Please see photos for a better understanding of the rifle’s condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
