Distinguished by the Buckeye emblem on the topstrap, the S32X combines Ruger’s legendary New Model Blackhawk strength with uncommon chamberings that were never offered as standard production revolvers. Its limited production and unique configuration have made it a favorite among Ruger collectors. This example remains in Excellent condition, retaining approximately 99% of its original blued finish with only faint handling marks and light cylinder turn lines on both cylinders. The bore is bright with sharp rifling, no visible erosion, and only stubborn fouling, rating 9/10. The smooth walnut grips remain in Excellent condition with only minimal handling marks and no chips or cracks. The revolver includes both its .32-20 and .32 H&R Magnum cylinders, along with the original cardboard shipping box, original Ruger box, and paperwork, making it a highly complete and desirable collector package.
For Ruger collectors, Buckeye Special enthusiasts, and fans of classic single-action revolvers, the S32X represents one of the finest convertible Blackhawks produced. The ability to shoot both the historic .32-20 Winchester and the modern .32 H&R Magnum gives this revolver exceptional versatility, while its limited-production Buckeye configuration ensures lasting collector interest.
