The balance of the finish shows light wear, with patches of thinning finish throughout the barrel, action bars, and on the magazine. The markings are clear and legible. Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with a total of 1 four round factory magazine, in Good condition.

Our Assessment: The Remington Model 7600 BDL represents the evolution of Remington’s long-running slide-action centerfire line, carrying forward the fast cycling capability of the earlier Model 760 Gamemaster in a refined 1990 production configuration. Chambered in .243 Winchester, introduced in 1955 and widely respected for its flat trajectory, mild recoil, and versatility on varmints and medium game, the pairing makes for a practical and quick-handling field rifle. The 22-inch barrel balances velocity and portability, while the BDL trim with checkered walnut and monte carlo comb preserves the traditional sporting aesthetic that has defined this series for decades.

This example retains approximately 90 percent of its original blued finish, showing thinning on the barrel, action bars, and magazine consistent with use. The bore is bright with sharp rifling and rates 10 out of 10. The walnut stocks exhibit moderate cosmetic wear with scattered scratches and compressions, but remain structurally sound and properly fitted to the action. The action and cross-bolt safety function correctly. Please see our photos for a better understanding of condition and good luck with your bids! – J.D.
