Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “Remington / MODEL 700”, “G6848025”. The left side of the barrel is marked “REMINGTON ARMS COMPANY INC. ILION, NY 25-06 REM” and “AD”. The right side of the chamber is marked with several proofs. The right side of the barrel on one of the flats is marked “XHR”.

Sights / Optics: There are no provisions for iron sights. The top of the receiver is mounted with a Weaver Mossy Oak Brush Camo 3-9×40 scope with Duplex Reticle. The glass is clean. The sight picture is clear. The scope rates in Excellent condition.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is one piece synthetic with rubber overmolded panels on the sides of the forend and grip flanks, semi-pistol grip, fluted straight comb with cheek piece, Remington SuperCell rubber buttplate, and two sling studs front and rear. The LOP measures 13 1/4” inches from the front of the trigger to the end of the buttpad. There are no chips or cracks. There is little to no handling wear. Overall, the stock rates in about Excellent Condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This Rifle retains about 98% of its finish. The balance of the finish shows light operation wear. There is minor finish loss on the sides of the trigger guard. There are minor spots of thinning on the edges of the triangular barrel. Overall, this rifle rates in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
