Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “A6577820”, “Remington / MODEL 700”. The left side of the barrel is marked “REMINGTON ARMS CO. INC., ILION, N.Y. MADE IN U.S.A.”, “8MM REM. MAG.”. The left side of the chamber is marked “AQ 18” with a proof.
Barrel Length: 24”.
Sights / Optics: The top of the barrel is drilled, tapped, and filled for front and rear sights. The top of the receiver is mounted with two weaver rails.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a one piece skip-line checkered Deluxe walnut stock with capped semi-pistol grip, fluted monte carlo comb with cheek piece, Remington Rubber buttpad, 2 sling studs front and rear, and ebony tipped forend. The LOP measures approximately 13 3/8” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition. There are some minor compression marks and light scratches on the stock. There are no chips or cracks.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright. The rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows light operation wear. There are a few minor handling marks on the barrel. The markings are clear. The screwheads are strong. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
