Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “A6261474” and “Remington / MODEL 700”. The left side of the barrel is marked “REMINGTON ARMS COMPANY INC. ILION. NY MADE IN U.S.A. 22-250 Rem ” and a “LI 64” near the chamber. The right side of the barrel has three proofs.
Barrel Length: 24” Round heavy barrel
Sights / Optics: There are no provisions for front. The barrel is drilled and tapped for rear sights. The receiver is drilled and tapped and has Swift 6-24X50 scope mounted.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a One-Piece checkered wood, monte-carlo comb with cheek rest , capped semi-pistol grip, 2 Sling Studs, and plastic checkered butt pad. There is a Swift 6-24X50 scope mounted to the top of the receiver. The bolt is jeweled. The bolt handle has fine checkering. The LOP measures approximately 13.25” from the front of the trigger to the back of the black plastic buttpad. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. There is light fouling in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. There are slight dings and light scratches in the stock and some light operation wear. There is a brass pin in the left side of the stock above the front of the trigger guard. The markings are clear. The screwheads are strong and sharp. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
