Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked with Remington’s address, “308 WIN”, and the “EE” date code. The right side of the barrel is marked with a couple of proof marks. The left side of the receiver is marked with the serial number and “Remington / MODEL 700”.
Barrel Length: 20″, 22″ with ASR Brake/Suppressor Host. Slab Fluted; 1:12″ Twist, 5R Rifling.
Sights / Optics: There are no provisions for iron sights. The top of the receiver is mounted with a Vortex Viper FFP 6-24×50 scope, with a HSLR XLR MOA reticle. The glass in the scope is clear. The scope shows no notable wear. Overall, the scope rates in Excellent condition. The scope is mounted on a one-piece Blackhawk picatinny rail, and sits in 30mm rings.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a one-piece H-S Precision composite stock, with a semi-pistol grip, fluted straight comb, black rubber Remington buttpad, a forend with dual sling studs, and a sling stud in the belly of the buttstock. The LOP measures 13 1/2″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The stock shows light wear, with a few light dings and scratches scattered throughout. The stock’s black finish is intact, and the stock fits tightly to the barreled action with no play, while keeping the barrel free-floating. The action has been bedded to the stock, and aftermarket bottom metal has been added to the stock to allow the rifle to accept AI-Pattern magazines.there are no chips or cracks. Overall, the stock rates in Very Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with sharp rifling. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 97% of its original metal finish. The balance of the finish shows light wear, with only a few minor scratches and dings scattered throughout the metal surfaces, minor operational wear on the bolt and friction surfaces of the action. There is some carbon and copper fouling present on the brake, as well as some marring from tightening the brake/suppressor host on the barrel. The rifle’s finish is largely intact, otherwise. The markings are clear and legible. The screw heads are sharp. Overall, this rifle rates in Very Good condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly, as does the safety. The trigger has a crisp and clean break. The bolt knob has been upfitted with an oversized KRG bolt knob. We did not fire this rifle, but we did perform a mechanic’s check. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

The stock rates in Very Good condition, showing light scattered dings and scratches while retaining an intact finish, tight fit, free-floating barrel, and no chips or cracks. The metal shows only light wear, including a few minor scratches and dings with minor operational wear on the bolt and action friction surfaces, while the brake shows carbon and copper fouling along with some marring from installation. The Vortex scope rates in Excellent condition with clear glass and no notable wear, the included 5-round Accuracy International magazine is in Excellent condition, and the action, safety, and crisp trigger function correctly.
