Our Assessment: This Sauer 200 rifle was produced by the company from 1984-1993 and was rather popular with consumers as it featured interchangeable barrels. The 200 was chambered for many cartridges, and this example is chambered for .243 Winchester, making for a good overall hunting and sporting rifle. For a brief period, Sauer exported to Sigarms of Tysons Corner, VA 4,170 Model 200 rifles, 1,370 of which were magnum calibers—this is one of those 4,170 rifles, making it rather rare. In overall Excellent condition, the 200 has little to no wear, a beautiful bore, and mechanically is sound. This rifle will serve any Sig collector or passionate target shooter well. Good luck and happy bidding! – L.S.
