Markings: The receiver is marked “Predduzece 44” on the left side, and the top of the receiver features the Yugoslavian crest with detailed engraving. The right side of the receiver is stamped with “V25550.” The barrel is marked “25-06” on the left side. The left side of the receiver rail is marked “Mod. 98.”

Sights / Optics: The rifle is mounted with a Carl Zeiss Conquest 3-9×40 MC scope. The glass clarity is excellent, and the scope has a duplex reticle. The external finish of the scope shows minimal wear, and it is securely mounted. The rifle does not have iron sights.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a refinished hardwood with a semi-gloss finish. It features a pistol grip and flute straight comb. The stock shows minimal handling wear with a few faint handling marks. There are compression marks throughout. There is no visible cracking or chipping. The stock rates in about Very Good Plus overall condition. The length of pull (LOP) measures 14 1/4″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate.
Magazine Quantity & Condition:
The rifle has an internal magazine with a floorplate. The magazine and floorplate show light operational wear and remain in Very Good condition.

Finish Originality: Refinished
Bore Condition: The bore is bright, the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore but there is stubborn fouling throughout. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 8/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 95% of its refinished metal finish. The balance of the finish shows light handling marks and minor operational wear, most notably on the bolt handle and edges of the receiver. The screw heads are sharp, and the markings are crisp. Overall, this rifle rates in about Good condition.
Mechanics:
The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
