It also comes with an assortment of paperwork including owner’s manual, Nighthawk Custom build receipt, test target, Nighthawk Custom rail and finish receipt, and instructions.
Our Assessment: Nighthawk Custom is known for hand-built, premium 1911-pattern pistols, with the Talon II offering a Commander-length configuration for those who want classic single-action 1911 handling in a slightly more compact package. This example is chambered in .45 ACP, the traditional cartridge most closely associated with the 1911 platform and long valued for its substantial bullet weight, broad ammunition availability, and enduring use in defensive, range, and collector circles. This pistol features a 4.25″ barrel, black nitride finish, G10 grips, tritium front sight, serrated rear sight, original Nighthawk soft case, and seven 8-round magazines from Nighthawk Custom, ACT-Mag, and Wolff. The Nighthawk Custom build quality, Commander-style proportions, .45 ACP chambering, original case, and generous magazine package should appeal to buyers looking for a high-end working 1911 with strong range and carry utility.
