Our Assessment:

This Mosin Nagant M91/30, manufactured at Tula Arsenal in 1939, has been configured to resemble a PU sniper rifle, though it does not bear official PU sniper markings. The rifle has been fitted with an authentic Russian scope and a proper receiver-mounted optic rail, making it a functional scoped Mosin Nagant for collectors or shooters.

The matching serial numbers on the bolt, magazine floorplate, and buttplate confirm that this rifle retains its original components. The semi-bright bore with strong rifling suggests it will still perform well at the range with proper cleaning.

While this rifle is not an officially designated PU sniper, it has been professionally set up in a similar fashion, making it a great option for those looking for a scoped Mosin Nagant at a fraction of the cost of an original sniper variant.

For collectors, surplus rifle enthusiasts, or those looking for a classic long-range military rifle setup, this 1939 Tula Mosin Nagant with Russian scope is an interesting and well-preserved piece of history.

So bid high and bid firm. I highly encourage you to take a look at the condition in our high-quality photos. Good luck on your bid. -K.F.
