Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “45-2.4”. The bottom of the barrel is marked “45-90 217”. The top of the receiver is marked “Meacham Highwall, Peck ID”. The serial number is marked on the bottom of the receiver.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a globe style with spirit level. The rear sight is a MVA #101 Mid-range tang sight.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is two piece checkered walnut, schnabel forend tip with ebony inlay, semi pistol grip, beaded cheekpiece, and checkered steel buttplate. The LOP is 13 3/4″ and 14 3/4″ from triggers to buttplate. There is light handling wear. There is some very light chipping around the upper tang. There are no cracks. Overall this stock is in Excellent condition.
Type of Finish: Blued, case hardened.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion. There is minor fouling in the bore. In this writer’s opinion this bore rates 9.5/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its original finish. There are light scratches and a few spots of discoloration scattered throughout. There is light corrosion in a few spots on the sights. The receiver has a few more prominent scratches on the left side. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall this rifle is in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The double set trigger works as intended. The sight adjustments are free. We have not fired this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
