Action Type: This rifle has a lever action with a full-length magazine tube.
Markings: The upper tang on top and on the left side has the serial number. The rest of the rifle is unmarked. The scope is marked “WEAVER / MARKSMAN / 4X USA”. The scope ring is marked “WEAVER / DETACHABLE / PAT. No. 2632251 / 1.000” USA”.

Sights / Optics: The front and rear sight dovetails are empty. The tip of the receiver is mounted with a Weaver 4x Marksman Scope. The sight picture is clear. The lenses have some small scratches on them but the sight picture remains mostly unaffected. The upper tang is drilled and tapped for a rear tang aperture sight (not included).
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two-piece smooth walnut with capped forend, straight grip, straight comb and Pachmayr Rubber buttplate. There are compression marks, scratches, and scuffs throughout. There are no cracks however there is a small thin chip in the bottom of the buttstock against the left side of the lower tang. The LOP measures about 13.5″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. Overall, the stocks are in about Good condition.

Finish Originality: Refinished
Bore Condition: The bore is light gray with well defined rifling. There is scattered light erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 7/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 70% of its metal finish. The finish is thinning at some of the edges. The barrel exterior has a few scratches and scuffs. The screw heads range from sharp to tool marked with serviceable slots. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle is in Good condition as refurbished.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The lever has little play in the receiver. The rifles action is smooth and the trigger pull is crisp. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
