Markings: The barrel shank is marked with Circle 11 “1955” over “DK0517.” The bolt, buttplate, and magazine floorplate are all marked “DK0517,” indicating matching serial numbers. There is a light CDI SWAN import mark on the left side of the receiver. The receiver features a circled ’11’ factory marking, which is commonly associated with Radom Factory #11 in Poland.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a hooded post. The rear sight is a tangent leaf sight graded from 1 to 10.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright, and sharp, with no corrosion or fouling. In this writer’s opinion, the bore is perfect. 10/10 Bore rating.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its original finish. The only signs of wear are a few small dots of oxidation on the bolt and a couple of tiny scratches near the muzzle.
Mechanics: The bolt cycles smoothly, and the safety and trigger function correctly. The side-folding bayonet locks securely into place. We did not fire this rifle. As with all surplus firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
