Sights / Optics: The front sight is a serrated ramped blade, it is pinned into the rib and there is also a screw above the muzzle. The rear sight is a fully adjustable target sight with a square notch and serrated rear face. The sight is pinned to the topstrap and the topstrap has protective ears.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are two-piece smooth wood Jim Wilson grips with finger grooves. There are some scattered light handling marks. There are no major defects. Overall, the grips are in about Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the polygonal rifling is strong. There is no erosion in the bore. In my opinion, this bore rates 10 out of 10.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There are some light hanlding marks, no major defects. The markings are clear. Overall, this handgun rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The double-action is silky smooth and the single action is nice and crisp. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Our Assessment: The Korth Mongoose is a revolver offered in 3”, 4”, 5.25”, or 6” barrel configurations. Chambered in .357 Magnum/ .38 Special, the cylinder holds six rounds of ammunition. It is also available with a unique interchangeable cylinder system that allows for .357 Magnum/.38 Special and 9mm, to be interchanged in a flash. The Mongoose provides a level of versatility not seen in any other revolver on the market. This is a revolver that harkens back to the days when a revolver was a hand-built piece of functioning art. The frame and all parts are fully machined from the finest billet steel available. The trigger face is high polished and the smooth action is something that will make a lasting impression to even the most experienced competition revolver shooter. With its fine black DLC finish, the superior craftsmanship and material are clearly evident. Durability and accuracy is unmatched as it should be in a revolver of this stature. This one has been meticulously cared for and is in seriously Excellent condition.
