Markings: The left side of the frame is marked “ Kimber K6S .357 MAGNUM / Kimber Yonkers NY USA / RV082640”. The right side of the frame is marked “KIMBER” . The sights are marked “MH3”. The cylinder, frame, and grips are all engraved.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a Tritium lamp, white dotted blade pinned to the barrel. The rear sight is a low profile, square notch, with two tritium lamp white dotted rear sight with serrations on the back. Three lamp/DOT sighting system. The tritium lamps glow brightly in low light conditions.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are a two piece, rounded butt, hardwood grips. The grips have fish scale engraving on both sides. Overall, the grips are in about Like New condition.
Type of Finish: Stainless steel
Finish Originality: Original
Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. This pistol appears unfired. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This revolver retains about 99% of its original metal finish. The only wear or marks on this pistol are two small lines on the cylinder and a line on the breech face from the cylinder detent. The screw head is slightly tool marked but serviceable. Overall this revolver rates in Excellent to Like New condition.
Mechanics: The action functions as intended. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements. This revolver is double action only and has a fully enclosed hammer.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol includes its original box, cable lock and keys, owner’s manual and paperwork, oil, speed loader strip, and zippered Kimber pouch.
