Markings: The rifle to stock fit was very tight, as I did not want to damage the stock some markings will be omitted here. The top of the receiver is marked “Rifle / CAL. 30T44E4 / James River / Armory / 11045”. The right side of the receiver is marked “ FORGED IN THE USA Burgaw, NC”. The top of the bolt is marked “7790186 C1 BULA”. The op rod is marked “7267064 / 66118”. The barrel is marked “CBI 7790190 1-10 12/14 4x”. The trigger group is marked “7267030-OM-N”.
Barrel Length: 22”, 25” with the flash hider.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a blade set between two protective wings. The rear sight is a fully adjustable aperture sight set between two protective wings.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture set includes a wooden handguard and a walnut stock with semi-pistol grip, metal nose cap, forward and rear mount sling swivels, and a checkered metal butt plate with a trap door leading to a two hole storage compartment. The LOP measures 13” from the front of the trigger to the back of the butt plate. The wood shows some very minor handling and a few very minor rub marks. There are no chips or cracks. The butt plate retains its finish and the door spring is strong. Overall the furniture rates in Excellent condition.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: The rifle includes two 20 round magazines one in packaging and one loose. The loose magazine is in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. The feed ramps are smooth and shiny. The muzzle device is clean. If this rifle was fired outside of factory testing it was very little. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. There are some very light marks from handling on the barrel and some barely visible wear on the friction surfaces on the bolt. The markings are clear and the screw heads sharp. Overall this rifle is in Excellent to Like New condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
