Markings: The left side of the trunnion is marked with a circled 11, “1968 GR04609”. The left side of the receiver is marked with a star with Russian Cyrillic inside. The right side of the receiver is marked “AB” and with Russian Cyrillic for the selector lever. Bottom of the receiver is marked “JRAK 47 / JAMES RIVER / ARMORY / BALTIMORE, MD / CAL. 7.62X39MM / SN: GR04609”. The rear sight is marked “1-10” and “P” for the battle position. The left side of the trigger is marked “TAPCO USA / G2”. The rear of the front sight is marked “1”.
Barrel Length: 16” threaded. 17” with fixed Slant Muzzle Brake
Sights / Optics: The front sight is an adjustable post between two protective ears, and the rear sight is an adjustable tangent “u” notch.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The buttstock is a fixed hardwood stock with sling ring and metal buttplate with trap door for cleaning kit storage (not included). The pistol grip is a checkered brown polymer. The handguard is wood with hand swells and nose cap with left sided sling loop. The LOP measures 12.75” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. There are no chips or cracks. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition. There are a few small compression marks. The magazine release has a block mounted to disable finger access to the release lever for CA compliance. There is a cleaning rod under the barrel. The bottom of the gas block has a bayonet lug.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. In my opinion the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows some little to no operation wear. There are a few small scratches on the dust cover which is typical. The screw heads are sharp and the pins are unmarred. The markings are crisp. Overall this rifle is in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
