Sights / Optics: The front sight is an adjustable post with protective ears, and the rear sight is an adjustable tangent “u” notch leaf sight marked 1-3. The left side of the receiver has a scope rail.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is two piece synthetic polymer with checkered semi-pistol grip, smooth synthetic buttplate, and handguard with appropriate hand swells. The bottom of the stocks have sling rings. The LOP measures 13 5/8” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. The left side of the receiver has a mounting rail for Kalashnikov style scopes and optics. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition. There are no chips or cracks. There are some faint drag lines on the stocks. The checkering is intact with minor handling wear.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright. The rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The screw heads are sharp and the pins are unmarred. The markings are crisp. There is some minor operation wear. All the parts that are serialized match. This rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with its factory box , gun sleeve, owner’s manual, and cleaning kit and oiler.

Manufactured by the renowned Russian arms company Izhmash, this semi-automatic rifle retains the AK-47’s reliable operating system while being chambered in the versatile and effective .223 cartridge. The Saiga features modifications for the hunting environment, such as a more traditional rifle layout with a hunting-style stock, either in wood or synthetic materials, offering a familiar feel to traditional hunting rifles.
