The top of the slide has a small spot of finish loss from tool markings. There are some scattered faint lines and minor dings throughout the metal. The slide serrations are sharp. The grip screws are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this gun rates in about Fine condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The trigger on this pistol is adjustable for over-travel via a screw on the front of the trigger. We have not fired this pistol. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This pistol comes in its original serial matching box with paperwork including a manual, two 10-round magazines, a compensator, and additional barrel, and additional springs and tools.

Our Assessment: High Standard had a long history of manufacturing target pistols going back to before WWII, so they had lots of time to perfect the design. This is the Supermatic Citation and is of the Military variety with the grip angle of a 1911. It comes in its original serial matching box with additional accessories including a barrel and a compensator. This pistol is clean, retaining about 96% original finish. The mechanics are smooth and the trigger is light and crisp. Please see our photos of this fantastic target pistol and good luck!
