Sights / Optics: There is no provision for iron sights. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases. There is a Vortex Strike Eagle 5-25x56mm MOA reticle installed on a 20 MOA rail. We cannot guarantee optics.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a one piece painted carbon fiber, picatinny rail and QD sling mount on the forend, pistol grip, straight comb, QD sling mounts on the sides of the stock as well, and rubber recoil pad. The LOP is 14″ from trigger to recoil pad. There is light handling wear. There are no chips or cracks. Overall this stock is in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright. The rifling is sharp. There is no erosion. There is little fouling. In this writer’s opinion this bore rates 9.5/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 97% of its original finish. There is light handling and operational wear. The bolt knob and bottom show the most. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall this rifle is in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Our Assessment: The Gunwerks Magnus is a high-end modern precision hunting rifle, and this example is configured as a lightweight long-range package in 7mm SAUM. Built with a titanium action, carbon fiber barrel, and carbon fiber stock, it is designed to provide magnum-class performance in a compact and portable rifle. The 18” carbon fiber barrel is threaded 5/8×24 and fitted with a muzzle brake, while the receiver carries a 20 MOA rail with a Vortex Strike Eagle 5-25x56mm MOA scope installed, though the optic is not guaranteed. At 7 lbs. 1 oz. without the scope and 9 lbs. 6 oz. with the scope, this rifle offers a strong balance of portability, shootability, and long-range capability.
This rifle remains in Excellent overall condition, retaining about 97% of its original carbon fiber and Cerakote finish. There is light handling and operational wear, most noticeable on the bolt knob and bottom metal, but the screw heads remain sharp and the markings are clear. The bore is bright with sharp rifling, no erosion, and little fouling; in this writer’s opinion, it rates 9.5/10. Mechanically, the action functions correctly, though the rifle has not been test fired. The internal magazine provides a 2-round capacity, for a total capacity of 3 rounds with one in the chamber.
The painted carbon fiber stock is in Excellent condition, showing only light handling wear with no chips or cracks. It is well appointed for field and precision use, with a pistol grip, straight comb, rubber recoil pad, forend Picatinny rail, and QD sling mounting points on the forend and sides of the stock. The included accessories add substantial value, consisting of the mounted scope, Revic BR4 rangefinder, soft case, detachable magazine and bottom metal, 80 rounds of loaded ammunition, and 130 rounds of once-fired brass, with the loaded ammunition shipping separately.
