Markings: The right side of the frame is marked “ED BROWN PRODUCTS, PERRY, MO USA / 4179”. The barrel bushing is marked “BROWN”, and the rear sight is marked “ED BROWN”. The top of the chamber “Ed Brown 45 ACP”.

Sights / Optics: Target Match Sights. The front sight is a blacked out serrated blade dovetail and set to the slide. The rear sight is a fully adjustable serrated, and blacked out, square notch rear sight dovetailed to the slide.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are a two panel, diamond checkered Cocobolo wood grips set. The front and back straps are finely checkered. The right panel shows a few small marks near the magazine well. The checkering is very sharp and there are no chips or cracks. Overall the grips are in Excellent condition.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: The pistol includes One Ed brown and one Metalform stainless 7rd .45ACP Magazines both in Excellent condition.
Type of Finish: Matte and Polished Stainless.

Bore Condition: The bore is Very Bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. The feed ramp is smooth and shiny. This pistol appears unfired outside of factory testing. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 100% of its metal finish. There are some very fine spider web-like marks on the polished stainless surface. Overall this pistol is in Like New condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The frame to slide fit is almost flawless, the trigger is very smooth and crisp. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, it may need a thorough cleaning to meet your maintenance standards. This pistol uses a left side manual safety designed for a right handed shooter, and a grip safety.
