Bore Condition: The 4 bores are bright and the rifling is sharp there is no visible erosion in the bores. All four bores have lines from mild use and some very light fouling that should be easily removed with a proper cleaning. In this writer’s opinion the bores rate 8.5/10.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. The stainless finish shows the usual lines that show in a stainless finish like this. The barrels and revolver have a sort of residue on them from storage that wiped off the 8” barrel fairly easily with a rag and some mild gun cleaner. The left side of the frame at the front of the trigger guard has 6 small patches of surface rust that should be able to be removed with a proper cleaning. The cylinder shows a very faint turn line. The 6” barrel has a small scratch on the bottom of the lug. Overall, this revolver rates in about Fine to Very Fine condition.
