Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “1:9” 223 REM”. The left side of the receiver is marked “ D157028 / MADE IN / CZECH REPUBLIC”, “CZ 527” with the CZ logo. The right side of the receiver is marked with one proof and includes the year of manufacture “20”. The top of the receiver is marked “CZ-USA. KANSAS CITY, KS”. The follower on the magazine is marked “223 REM”.
Barrel Length: 25.6” Varmint Barrel with recessed crown. Threaded to ½ x 28.
Sights / Optics: There are no provisions for iron sights. The top of the receiver has milled scope rails for the mounting of optics.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is one-piece checkered Turkish walnut with right handed palm swell, vertical pistol grip, straight comb, 2 forward mount sling studs, and one rear mount sling stud and Rubber buttpad. The LOP measures 14” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. There are a few very small compressions on the bottom of the pistol grip. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: This rifle includes One Factory 5 round .223 Remington Magazine in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is almost no handling wear or wear from use. The screw heads are sharp and pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
