Mechanics:  The action functions correctly. This two stage trigger is very good for an M1, very crisp take up on the first stage, a clean break and no overtravel. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle includes the attached sling.

Our Assessment: This Springfield M1 Garand, originally manufactured in March of 1943, has been extensively customized to create a unique combination of performance and aesthetics. The rifle has been rebarreled with a 1:10 twist match-grade barrel, enhancing its accuracy and making it particularly well-suited for precision shooting with heavier bullets. National Match sights have been added, providing fine adjustments for windage and elevation, while the upgraded two-stage trigger offers a crisp and consistent pull for greater control.

The stock has been refinished and features custom diamond inlays that add a touch of artistry to the rifle’s traditional design. A Morgan adjustable buttplate has been installed, allowing for both drop and cant adjustments to tailor the rifle to the shooter’s preference. To improve recoil management, the rifle has been outfitted with a Smith Enterprises muzzle brake, reducing muzzle rise and making follow-up shots faster and more accurate.

Aesthetically, this rifle is striking, with all the metal components refinished in a high-gloss bluing that accentuates the craftsmanship of the design. The bolt, in particular, stands out with its intricate jeweled finish, showcasing a level of detail rarely seen on an M1 Garand. This rifle is a true blend of form and function, combining the rugged heritage of the iconic M1 Garand with modern enhancements that elevate both its performance and visual appeal. It serves as a tribute to the enduring legacy of one of the most iconic rifles in American history.
