Our Assessment: This is an outstanding opportunity to acquire a consecutive serial-numbered set of Colt “Kansas Centennial” Frontier Scout revolvers, serial numbers 2004G and 2005G, produced in 1961 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Kansas statehood. These revolvers were limited in production and feature a full gold-plated finish, adding to their collectible appeal.

Both revolvers are in Excellent condition, with gold-plated barrels, frames, and cylinders paired with smooth walnut grips adorned with silver Colt medallions. The bores are pristine, rated 10/10, and the actions are smooth and functional. The lack of cylinder turn lines and the overall finish retention makes this set particularly desirable for collectors.

As a consecutive set, these revolvers significantly increase in collectible value and historical importance. Whether for a dedicated Colt collection, a commemorative firearms display, or an appreciation of Kansas history, these revolvers are a remarkable find and a true testament to Colt’s craftsmanship and attention to detail. So bid high and bid firm.
