Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked with a Colt Rampant and “MODULAR CARBINE / SER MCC 008852”, “SAFE FIRE”. The Trigger is marked “G” on both sides. The right side of the upper is marked with a Square Forge Mark and a Colt Forge Mark. The right side of the receiver is marked “SAFE FIRE”, “COLT DEFENSE LLC, HARTFORD. CT. USA”. The barrel is marked “C MP / 308 WIN 1/12”. The rear sight is marked “COLT / DEFENSE”. The left side of the carrier is marked “C” and the neck of the bolt head is marked “MPC”. The buffer is marked “308”.

Sights / Optics: The Picatinny Rail system is monolithic to the receiver. The top of this rifle is a monolithic uninterrupted picatinny rail for all your favorite sights and optics. The front sight is a folding adjustable post sight on the gas block and the rear sight is a low profile flip up adjustable dual aperture sight.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The buttstock is a VLTOR collapsible stock with ambi QD mounts, Sling slot, battery storage compartments in the cheek welds, and rubber buttpad. The pistol grip is a standard A2 grip. Handguard is a Monolithic Picatinny Quad Rail System with rubber picatinny protectors on the side positions. The LOP measures 13.5” from the front of the trigger to the back of the fully extended buttpad. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition. There are no chips or cracks. The texturing on the grip is crisp with mild handling wear. There are drag lines on the buttstock.
This rifles comes with its 5.56 upper as well which is in Like New condition, unfired.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: 4x 20rd 7.62×51 Magpul PMAGS & 2x 20rd 5.56 PMAGS. All magazines are in their sealed packaging, unused.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible corrosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows a couple brass marks on the case deflector with some scuffs and scratches on the receivers and barrel. The screw heads are sharp and pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes in a Cedar Mill case with a total of 6 magazines, pack of rail mounts, and two complete LE901 Adapter Block Conversion Kits. This rifle comes with its 5.56 upper which appears unfired.
