Our Assessment: Founded in the early 1900s, Chapuis Armes is a French-based sporting arms manufacturer known for making high quality guns, mostly sporting shotguns and big-game rifles. Originally a traditional maker, they have modernized and now have an incredible suite of modern CNC machines, producing guns that are not only beautiful, but extraordinarily durable. This is their African Professional Hunter Grade I, a double rifle chambered for .375 H&H Magnum. It appears to have seen limited and responsible use, in Fine-Excellent condition. This will make a great addition to a European sporting arms collection, but is also ready to head out on your next safari. Please see our photos and good luck!
