The left side of the frame is marked “10617MC CAT.10170”. The right side of the slide is marked “PW ARMS / REDMOND WA / WARNING RETRACT SLIDE TO SEE IF LOADED FIRES, FIRES WITHOUT MAGAZINE”, “MOD. 8045 F – PATENTED”. The right side of the frame is marked “READ MANUAL BEFORE USE / ==COUGAR==” with a CB date code and several other proofs. Both grips are molded with the Beretta logo. The chamber is marked “45 AUTO / 020959MR”. The right side of the barrel is marked with a CB date code and proof marks.

Sights / Optics: The sights are open iron sights. The front sight is a dotted blade dovetailed to the slide. The rear sight is a square notch dovetailed to the slide with two dots. 3 DOT white.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are checkered synthetic with Beretta logos molded in the center. The front and back straps are serrated. The grips rate in about Excellent condition with no handling wear. The checkering is crisp.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: Three 8rd 45 AUTO Beretta magazines in Very Good-Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is mirror bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is little to no operation wear. The screw heads are sharp and pins are serviceable. The markings are clear. Overall, this handgun rates in about Excellent condition. There is a tiny scratch on the right side of the slide stop lever, other than that, this pistol is pristine.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements. Has ambidextrous safety/decocking lever
