Markings:  The left side of the slide is marked “PIETRA BERETTA GARDONE V.T.-MADE IN ITALY”.  The left side of the frame is marked “MOD.84BB-CAL.9 Short”.  The right side of the slide is marked “PB PATENTED BERBEN CORPORATION N.Y.-N.Y.”.  The right side of the frame is marked “PB”, “D29760Y”.  The right side of the trigger guard is marked “PSF AP” along with a few other proofs. The chamber is marked “CAL.9 Short / 380 AUTO”.

Barrel Length: 3.81”

Sights / Optics:  The sights are open iron sights.  The front sight is a dotted blade, integral to the slide. The rear sight is a square notch dovetailed to the slide with a white dot under the notch.

Stock Configuration & Condition:  The grips are checkered wood with PB Beretta medallions in each grip.  The front and back straps are serrated. The grips rate in about Good condition with minimal handling wear.  The checkering is crisp.  Some of the peaks on the left grip have been slightly worn near the bottom left.

Magazine Quantity & Condition: Two 13rd Beretta magazines in Very Good overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp.  There is no visible erosion in the bore.

Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish.  There is some minor operation wear on the barrel.  The screw heads are sharp and pins are serviceable. The markings are clear.  Overall, this handgun rates in about Excellent condition.

Mechanics:  The action functions correctly.  We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
