The left side of the receiver is marked “BERETTA”, “Xtreme PLUS”, “SA094970 IT21”. The bottom of the receiver is marked with proofs and a “22” date code. The right side of the receiver is marked “A400-Xtreme-12 GA / PLUS / MADE IN ITALY – PATENTED”. The bolt is marked “PB BLINK SA094970”.
Barrel Length: 28” Vent Rib
Choke: The barrel is threaded for Beretta Optima-HP chokes currently installed with Modified. Also includes improved modified, cylinder, full, and Improved Cylinder. 5 chokes total.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is an orange fiber optic rod fixed to the checkered vent rib. The rib has a silver mid bead. The top of the receiver is serrated for glare reduction.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture set on this shotgun is a synthetic set with a rubberized grip, finger shelf, slim profile forend, and a semi pistol grip, fluted straight comb stock with rubberized grip, cheek piece, and buttpad. The stock has the Beretta Kick off shock absorbing system. There are two sling attachment points built in. The current length of pull is 14.5” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The shotgun includes the cast adjustment and drop shims. The furniture is in New in Box condition.
Type of Finish: Realtree Max-5 camo.

Bore Condition: The smooth bore is mirror bright and shows no visible erosion. The barrel is unfired outside of factory testing. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: New In Box.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
