The left side of the barrel is marked “BERETTA – GARDONE V.T. – MADE IN ITALY / OB HP 12 Ga. 76 mm for 2 ¾”,3”-28”-18.6”. The bottom of the barrel is marked “0565418”. The right side of the receiver is marked “BERETTA”, “Xplor / ACTION”, “XA269284 IT22”. The bottom of the receiver is marked with proofs. The left side of the receiver is marked “A400-Xplor-12 GA / ACTION / MADE IN ITALY – PATENTED”. The bolt is marked “BLINK XA269284 PB”. The inside of the forend is marked “C8A039P 1424420”.
Barrel Length: 28” Vent Rib
Choke: The barrel is threaded for Beretta Optima-HP chokes currently installed with Modified.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is an orange fiber optic rod fixed to the serrated vent rib. The top of the receiver is serrated for glare reduction.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture set on this shotgun is a checkered wood, two piece set, with a thin profile finger grooved forend, semi-pistol grip, fluted straight comb stock with the KICK OFF shock absorbing stock system buttpad and two sling studs. The LOP is 14” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. There is a very slight right handed cast which can be adjusted with a cast and shim kit(not included). Drop at comb is 1.5” and drop at heel is 2.25” This can also be adjusted with the shims. The stock and forend show no signs of handling wear or wear from use. Overall the furniture is in Like New condition.

Bore Condition: The smooth bore is Very Bright and shows no visible erosion. There are two small marks in the bore about mid length. The rest of the bore shows no lines or signs of use. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9.5/10.
Overall Condition: Like New In Box.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
