Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “308 NOR MAG”. The right side of the barrel is marked “APEX IMPERIAL”. The receiver is marked “L61R NO. 1 3822” with a couple proof marks. The buttpad is marked “WHITELINE”.

Sights/Optics: There are no provisions for iron sights on this rifle. The receiver is with a Leupold 2×7 Vari X-II with a duplex reticle and clear picture.
Stock Configuration and Condition: The stock is one-piece checkered wood with a rosewood capped forend and semi-pistol grip, fluted straight comb with cheek-piece, and a black rubber ventilated recoil pad. There are sling swivels front and rear. There are only light handling marks including a few small compressions. There are no chips or cracks. The checkering is mostly sharp. There is a heavy mark on the right side of the butt stock. The LOP measures 13 7/8” from the trigger to the rubber recoil pad. The recoil pad is soft and remains pliable. The stock rates in about Very Good overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 95% of its metal finish. There is no significant wear present. There are light scratches throughout the metal surface. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Very good overall condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all previously owned firearms, thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
