Action Type: Semi-Automatic, direct impingement, fed by AR10 pattern magazines. The rifle has a two stage Geiselle trigger, and a Radian Raptor LT Charging handle.
Barrel Length: 16.5″, 19″ with the SUREFIRE Socom muzzle brake/suppressor adapter. 1/10 twist.
Sights / Optics: The rifle has a 22″ picatinny rail for the mounting of optics and accessories.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture set on this rifle includes a 15” Atlas R-one M-lok forend, Driven Arms CO pistol grip, and a B5 systems collapsible precision stock with adjustable length of pull, adjustable cheek riser, M-lok slots, qd cups and rubber butt pad. There is also a Driven Arms Co. mini VFG. The butt pad is very soft. The furniture set shows minor handling with no notable wear or marks. The stock functions correctly. Overall the furniture on this rifle is in Very Good+-Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. The feed ramps are smooth and shiny. The case deflector shows a small mark. The muzzle device shows some barely visible fouling. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9.75/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The finish shows some very minor scattered marks with some rub wear in the magwell. The markings are clear, the pins un-marred and the screw heads are sharp. Overall this rifle is in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Our Assessment: This Aero Precision M5 is a modern large-frame AR chambered in .308 Winchester and configured as a highly capable precision-oriented rifle. Finished in Flat Dark Earth, the rifle features a 16.5-inch barrel that balances maneuverability with the impressive performance of the .308 cartridge. A SureFire SOCOM muzzle brake serves both as an effective recoil-reducing brake and as a suppressor mounting interface for compatible SureFire SOCOM suppressors, making the rifle easily adaptable for suppressed use. The rifle is further enhanced by a Geissele trigger, widely regarded as one of the finest trigger systems available for the AR platform thanks to its clean break, crisp reset, and excellent control during precision shooting.
This example is equipped with a Radian Raptor LT ambidextrous charging handle, making manipulation of the action quick and intuitive from either side of the rifle. The B5 Systems Precision Stock adds a significant level of adjustability, featuring adjustable length of pull, an adjustable cheek riser, integrated M-LOK slots, QD sling cups, and a rubber butt pad for enhanced comfort and stability behind the rifle.
