Our Assessment: In the late ’60s and ’70s, Ithaca, like Browning, contracted to have side-by-side shotguns made for them in Japan. Ithaca chose SKB, rather than Miroku, for their production. The result was a fine-quality double gun with graceful lines, a nice balance and light weight. The Ithaca SKB model 100 is prized by hunters, sportsmen and even competitors in Cowboy Action Shooting for its craftsmanship and durability.
This Model 100 is in Very Good condition. This lightweight (6lb, 15oz) double would be a fine, traditionalist companion while pursuing doves in September….
