Our Assessment: This Aero Precision M4E1-based rifle is built around a Geissele URGI complete 14.5-inch upper chambered in 5.56 NATO, combining a highly regarded upper assembly with a carefully selected collection of premium aftermarket components. The lower is fitted with an Elftmann Tactical trigger, which is one of the standout features of the rifle. Known for its exceptionally crisp break, short reset, and refined feel, the Elftmann trigger gives the rifle a distinctly upgraded trigger experience compared with a standard AR-15 fire-control group. The rifle also features a Geissele Maritime Bolt Catch and Airborne Charging Handle, along with Strike Industries ambidextrous safety, magazine release, dust cover, and forward assist.
The build is further equipped with a Law Tactical folding mechanism, JP Enterprises LMOS bolt, Strike Industries LINK AFG, and a Magpul STR stock, resulting in a rifle that is thoroughly outfitted rather than simply assembled from basic components. The Law Tactical folder adds another dimension to the rifle’s compactness, while the JP Enterprises LMOS bolt and high-end trigger contribute to the premium character of the build. With its Geissele URGI upper, Elftmann trigger, upgraded controls, folding mechanism, and quality furniture and accessories, this is a fully kitted-out rifle that is 100% range ready and offers a level of refinement well beyond a standard AR-15 configuration.
