Sights / Optics: The sights are open iron sights. The front sight is a red dotted blade, integral to the slide. The rear sight is a two red dotted square notch sight dovetailed to the slide. 3 Red DOT system.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are a two piece checkered black plastic grip set screw set to the frame. The grips show some very minor handling and a few faint surface level lines. There are no chips or cracks. Overall the grips are in Excellent+ condition.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: This pistol includes one 15 round Beretta magazine in Like New condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. The feed ramp is smooth and shiny. This pistol appears to have been fired very little. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: Overall the pistol is in Excellent+-Like New condition showing some very minor rub wear in the magazine well.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
