Sights / Optics: The optic is a Burris Eliminator 6, 4-20×52 Laser Scope attached to a flat-top picatinny rail via a Warne Quick Detach cantilever scope mount. We cannot guarantee the functionality or accuracy of the optic. The battery appears to have expired.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture on this rifle includes an Aero Precision 15″ MLOK free floating handguard with flat-top picatinny rail, with QD points on the left, right, and bottom of the handguard. The pistol grip is a textured Magpul grip with serrated straps. The buttstock is a 6-position Magpul MOE SL collapsible stock with a sling slot, rubber buttpad. There are minor handling scuffs, marks, and compression dings. The LOP measures 14 7/8″ from the front of the trigger to the rear of the buttpad at full extension. Overall, the stocks rate in Fine condition.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: 1x 20-round PMAG magazine with minor operational wear and remains in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates about 9.5/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its original metal finish. There are minor handling scuffs and marks from light operational use. The markings are clear and legible. The pins are unmarred. Overall, this rifle rates in Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly, as does the safety. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements. The trigger is a single-stage TriggerTech. The charging handle is an ambidextrous Aero Precision Breach handle. The Burris scope laser control is attached to the right side of the receiver via hook & loop tape.

Our Assessment: The .22 Creedmoor was developed by necking the 6.5 Creedmoor case down for .224-caliber projectiles, creating a high-velocity cartridge capable of using long, high-ballistic-coefficient bullets for predator hunting, varmint shooting, and extended-range target work. SAAMI formally accepted the cartridge in 2024, helping establish standardized chamber and ammunition dimensions for what had previously been primarily a specialized wildcat. This custom rifle is built on Aero Precision’s large-frame M5/AR308 platform, which provides the receiver and magazine dimensions required for Creedmoor-based cartridges. Its 22″ BSF stainless-steel barrel with a tensioned carbon-fiber sleeve, 1:8″ twist, free-floating Aero Precision handguard, TriggerTech single-stage trigger, and Burris Eliminator 6 laser-ranging optic create a precision-oriented configuration intended to combine high velocity, manageable weight, and long-range capability.
This custom Aero Precision M5 retains approximately 98% of the finishes on its components, with only minor handling scuffs, compression marks, and light operational wear. The Aero Precision handguard and Magpul furniture remain in Fine condition, while the bright 9.5/10 bore has sharp rifling and no visible erosion. The action and safety function correctly, and the rifle includes a BSF carbon-fiber-wrapped barrel, TriggerTech single-stage trigger, Aero Precision BREACH ambidextrous charging handle, Burris Eliminator 6 optic in a Warne quick-detach mount, and one 20-round PMAG. The optic battery appears depleted, and the laser control has been secured to the receiver with hook-and-loop material.
